Shipping/Delivery Times

Free shipping Australia and NZ wide. We deliver Australia Wide and primarily ship from our Sydney, NSW based warehouse.

Our free freight orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier depending on your location and items ordered, if you would like to ensure courier freight is used please select the upgrade option on checkout.

Order Cutoff Time All orders received by 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

  • After your order is processed, please allow a handling time of 1-10 business days (Monday to Friday) for your item(s) to be prepared for shipment. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may occur earlier than the anticipated date.

Transit Time

  • Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is 3-10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
  • Business days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Need Shipping Fast?

We pride ourselves on the quickest production times in the Australian promotional products market. With the introduction of our rush service we can even have selected custom branded items dispatched the day after placing an order.
Our production is unmatched, however just like any other supplier who ships Australia Wide we reply on 3rd party freight services such as Australia Post, Fastway, TNT, etc.
We will do everything we can to meet your deadline with our super fast production times but unfortunately freight times are out of our hands, please keep in mind that delivery times are delivery times.
Once the order leaves our warehouse we do all we can to assist by providing tracking numbers and ensuring everyone remains informed during the shipping stage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you approved in the artwork stage, please contact our customer service immediately. We will address the issue promptly and work towards a resolution.
