PRICING DETAILS

  • Special prices are available for a limited time and can change until payment is confirmed. Delays in payment might lead to price adjustments.
  • Listed prices exclude GST but include delivery within Australia, basic artwork setup, and the decoration mentioned in the product details.
  • Extra costs might apply for additional decoration options. We’ll discuss these before production starts.
  • Charges will apply for multiple delivery locations.
  • Due to market variables, prices can change without prior notice.
  • If there are price discrepancies or changes after payment, we reserve the right to adjust or refund upon discussion.

ARTWORK INSTRUCTIONS

  • Submit logos in vector or high-resolution format. Inadequate files might require a redraw fee.
  • An artwork proof is provided for all orders, barring repeat orders. It’s essential to approve and return this proof for production to begin.
  • Once you approve the artwork, no changes are possible. Ensure all details are accurate. Any reprint costs are the client’s responsibility.

COLOUR GUIDELINES

  • Displayed print and embroidery colors are indicative. Monitor displays might vary. For printing, providing a PMS color ensures better matching, although perfection isn’t guaranteed.

PRODUCT IMAGES & COLORS

  • Product images serve as references. There might be slight differences between images and the actual product.
  • Screen colors might differ from product colors. If exact color is crucial, order a physical sample first.

ORDER COMPLETION

  • Orders over 98% quantity supplied are considered complete. If your order falls short, we’ll refund the missing portion.
  • We aren’t liable for lost or misplaced goods post-delivery.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Estimated or confirmed delivery dates can change due to various factors. No refunds will be provided for such changes.

EXPRESS DISPATCH

  • Some items offer Next Day Dispatch. For this, both payment and artwork approval are required by 11am the previous day.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Once artwork is approved, we can’t cancel your order.
  • Pre-artwork approval cancellations involve a $25 fee. Post-artwork approval cancellations have additional artwork fees.

STOCK DETAILS

  • Stock is based on a first-paid/approved system. It’s reserved upon payment and artwork approval. If stock runs out, we’ll provide alternatives or a refund.

SHIPPING INFO

  • Provide all necessary shipping details in your order. Any changes need written confirmation.
  • We aren’t responsible for courier delays.

AGREEMENT TERMS

  • Placing an order, accepting a quote, or signing off on artwork implies agreement to our terms.
