## FAQ

### What is the cheapest way to brand pens?

A one-colour pad print on a plastic pen is the most economical option, and the unit price falls further at higher quantities.

### Can I get my logo engraved on a pen?

Yes — metal pens are laser engraved, giving a permanent, premium finish. Look for the engraving option on each product page.

### Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Shipping is free throughout Australia and New Zealand, dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders received by 2pm are processed the same business day.

### Will I see my logo before it's printed?

Always. Every order includes a free digital artwork proof, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

### How does bulk pricing work?

Each product has price breaks — the per-unit price drops as your quantity increases. Prices are shown ex GST, and you can request a formal quote from any product page.
