Always. Every order includes a free digital artwork proof, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

### How does bulk pricing work?

Each product has price breaks — the per-unit price drops as your quantity increases. Prices are shown ex GST, and you can request a formal quote from any product page.

- Prices are in AUD, per unit, excluding GST (10% GST is added at checkout).
- Every order includes a free digital artwork proof; production starts only after approval.
- Free shipping across Australia and New Zealand, dispatched from Sydney.
- Orders received by 2pm are processed the same business day; production typically takes 1–10 business days, transit 3–10 business days. Rush service is available on selected items.
- Custom-branded goods are made to order and are not returnable unless faulty.
