## FAQ

### What colour is a laser engraved logo?

Engraving removes the surface coating, so the logo shows in the colour of the material underneath — usually silver/chrome on coloured metal, or a darker tone on timber and bamboo. It is a single-tone finish, so it can't reproduce full-colour artwork.

### Will an engraved logo wear off?

No. The logo is cut into the product rather than printed on top, so it won't fade, peel or scratch off with everyday use.

### What artwork do I need for engraving?

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) works best. Fine lines and very small text can lose detail, so we send a free digital proof before anything is produced.

### Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Shipping is free throughout Australia and New Zealand, dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders received by 2pm are processed the same business day.

### Will I see my logo before it's printed?

Always. Every order includes a free digital artwork proof, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

### How does bulk pricing work?

Each product has price breaks — the per-unit price drops as your quantity increases. Prices are shown ex GST, and you can request a formal quote from any product page.
